Dear Parents,

By now, many of you have read Rosanne's letter about holding the line on tuition during these rough economic times. In addition, she mentioned our summer program and our commitment to excellent programming.

Curriculum development and quality programming is my specialty. I am working with the staff to provide an engaging and lively summer program for our children, very different from the school year. Remember, we are an air conditioned facility.

Our goal is to make sure the children have fun. The program will include indoor and outdoor games and activities, water play, picnics. We are also planning a garden. We will have special visitors and projects.

Our themes will include:

Week 1: Ice Cream, Bubbles and Picnics

Week 2: Red, White and Blue

Week 3: The Rodeo

Week 4: Pirates and Treasures

Week 5: Boats, Sea Creatures and the Beach

Week 6: Summer Sports

Week 7: Camping

Week 8: Carnival

I am hunting for the game "Dance, Dance Revolution" and Karaoke Machine. I think our five year olds would love this!

We will keep you informed as we confirm our special visitors. Swimming lessons will be offered for the older children. I am always available for questions and concerns. Please don't hesitate!
